Prize draw is open to UK residents only.

Prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over.

The prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of BCA or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw, or their direct families.

To enter the prize draw complete the entry form and hit the submit button at the foot of the form.

No purchase necessary.

The closing date for the prize draw is midnight on the last day of each month.

BCA does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged or corrupted entries.

The prize-draw winner will be selected at random by BCA is the presence of an independent solicitor.

BCA's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be notified within 7 working days after the closing date.

Only the winner will be contacted personally.

The winner will be notified by email using the email address given on the entry form.  If there has been no response from the originally selected winner to notifications after a month, the prize will be awarded to the reserves in consecutive order drawn at the time of original winner.

Winners may be required to participate in prize draw related publicity.

Details of the winner will be available from Books Direct after the closing date of each monthly draw by writing to “Win £200 worth of Books”, c/o Promotions, BCA, Hargreaves Road, Swindon, SN99 9XX.

The prize is £200 RRP of books. The books will be selected by BCA from the BCA/Books Direct range and while stocks last.

The prize is non-transferable. There will be no cash alternatives. We reserve the right to alter the advertised prize in circumstances out of our control.  The alternative prize will be of an equal or greater value.

We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding your prize, if necessary.
